Once upon a time, there was a bank teller named Charlene. One ordinary day doing her bank teller duties, the Alabata family came in to deposit money. They’re regular depositors of the bank, but this time, their son Christopherson tagged along. Instantly attracted to Charlene’s beauty and charms, Chris asked his Mom to get her number and they became friends. It didn’t take a long time before they started dating.
Six years after that first encounter, Christopherson and Charlene declared their love for each other before God and their loved ones.
They were very hands on with their wedding. Although they have their full coordination / photo / video package with Isnap Creatives (got from PICC bridal fair), they both looked for the venue, the makeup artist, the food caterer, the couture, invitations, gifts for the ninongs/ninangs, wedding motif, bridal/entourage flowers.
They wanted the venue with a lot of parking spaces and a big reception area. They decided also to do the Christian ceremony inside a small function room to be more solemn. Both the ceremony and reception areas setup with winter theme/decorations. Like the movie “Frozen”. Setup with crystals, snowflakes, white flowers by Josiah’s as well. They really loved it. Couture was a referral from a friend. Others are from bridal fairs. They did the food tasting and choice of menu. Even the design of the cake, they had it personalized to match the winter theme. The entourage gowns were also matched to the theme.
Some of their friends had Josiah’s as their wedding caterer. They also checked out some blog reviews around. So during bridal fairs, they checked on their prices and menu. They love the Josiah’s experience as the food were really delicious. Guests loved the food as well. “We were just so happy that day, we saw our families happy, our friends and relatives were there to witness our joy as a married couple. We never thought that the wedding would turn out just as we wanted it. Everybody were so amazed and enjoyed the celebration.”
Asked what advise to give future brides, they said, “God works amazingly to those who entrust their lives to Him. Pray for your partner. He will give you His best in His perfect time. Learn to wait. No marriage is perfect so do not ever put God out of your married lives.”
Thank you, Chris and Charlene, for letting us become a small part of your lives and your love story! May the Lord shower you with more blessings and make you both even more in love! God bless! Love from your Josiah family.
